Every Thursday, our team enters Lang'ata Women's Prison not with judgment, but with compassion, counseling, and the message that redemption is possible. Our Women in Prison Outreach now serves 40 incarcerated women through trauma counseling, life skills training, and spiritual guidance. Many participants are addressing abuse, addiction, and mental health issues for the first time."Prison gave me time to stop running," shares participant Jane (name changed). "But PSW gave me tools to actually heal. I'm learning why I made destructive choices and how to live differently."The program includes group therapy sessions, individual counseling, biblical teaching, and preparation for successful reintegration into society. We're addressing root issues, not just surface behaviors.Correctional officers have noticed remarkable transformations. "These women are different," notes Officer Mary Chesang. "They have hope now. They're planning futures instead of just serving time."We're expanding to additional facilities in 2026.Support this life-changing work through donations or by becoming a volunteer counselor.
