Psychospiritual Wholeness NGO, in partnership with the Kenya Industrial Training Institute (KITI), recently hosted a landmark Student Wellness Forum that redefined what student care looks like. From high-energy praise aerobics that lifted spirits and bodies, to powerful sessions on tuberculosis awareness, mental health advocacy and identity discovery, every moment was designed to heal, equip and empower.

Students left with more than just knowledge, they gained practical tools to recognize anxiety triggers, access free TB testing, embrace their true identity and break free from the chains of peer pressure and family-related stress. The energy was electric. The impact was undeniable.
