PSW Praise Aerobics is a part of the psycho-spiritual wholeness program especially in the Team building activities. It is a sustainable program for people of all ages, races, cultures, social or religious status.

We have psycho-education in between the programs pertaining certain topics for instance conflict resolution, self-awareness, identity, stress management, emotional intelligence or any topic as requested. Another way we enrich our spirit is that although we use aerobics beats in exercising, we use praise songs since we recognize what God has already done in our lives. The biggest human temptation is seeing life from the lenss of what we think God has not done which becomes a distress. OPTIMISTIC people compared to PESSIMISTIC ones live healthier lives but it takes mind training which we do through Truth Encounter Sessions.
